薄膜型LQP系列的特点是,它利用感光法形成电极,从而可实现对线圈模型的细微加工,在实现小型化的同时具备较高的Q值特性,且L值的偏差较小,能实现较小L值的分布响应。目前,为顺应小型化趋势,正在批量生产占主流地位的0603尺寸及业内小型化的0402尺寸的产品。可用于需要小型化,偏差小及小L值分布响应的RF部匹配电路和共振电路中。另外,也可用于注重小型化及低Rdc的扼流电路中。
叠层型构造虽有3种结构且Q值也较低,但由于其L值偏差及规格、价格等整体的平衡性较好,因此被**使用于RF的匹配电路、共振电路及扼流电路中。
